You do not need to know our program names yet. Here is what everything means in plain words.
What is the free help?
Our free help is a place to start. You can join prayer, Bible Study, and simple wellness classes without paying. In our app, this free area is called Public Promise.
What is the paid help?
The paid plan gives you more support each week: stress support, live workouts, recorded workouts, and help from our team. In our app, this paid plan is called Promise Access.
Can I try one class or one session first?
Yes. If you do not want the full Promise Access plan yet, you can buy one session. Promise Practice meets Thursdays 7:35-8:25 PM ET. Fitness class meets Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 PM ET. You can also get weekly or monthly HPC Fitness Library access.
What if I need help right now and feel unsafe?
If you are in danger, call emergency help now. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988. Outside the U.S., visit findahelpline.com.
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance. Some wellness sessions may be something you can submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
Is this a Christian space?
Yes. We are Christian-based and non-denominational. Prayer, Bible Study, and Scripture may be part of the space. You are still welcome even if you are just starting, unsure, or come from a different background.
